Athena Workflow is fully committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which may grant you additional rights with respect to your Personal Data if you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”), United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland. Updated Terms and Privacy Policy

We have updated or Terms of Service, including an expanded Privacy Policy. These updates provide more clarity about what Personal Data we collect, how we use the data, and how you can opt-out, where possible. We will provide notice of any changes made to the Terms, Privacy Policy, or list of Sub-Processors email and/or in application.

Data Transfer

We process personal information outside of the European Economic Area. For Customers that require additional contractual terms for the transfer of data outside of the EEA, please request a copy of our Data Processing Addendum by contacting us at support@athenaworkflow.com.

Athena Workflow is committed to protecting the data you entrust with us and the privacy of your clients. Take a look here for more information on the protections already in place.

Data Subject Rights

Authorized Users of our application can access their accounts at any time to view, correct, or remove Personal Data about themselves or their Clients at anytime. To completely cease processing all data associated with a Company, retrieve your data in a portable format, or to object to our policies around the processing of Personal Data, please contact us at support@athenaworkflow.com.

Complaints

If you have any questions, complaints, or concerns about how Athena Workflow processes Personal Data, we hope that you will reach out to us first. We will actively work with you to resolve all issues to the best of our ability and think most issues can be addressed this way.

If contacting us does not resolve your complaint, you may have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country or EU Member State. Athena Workflow commits to cooperate with the EU DPAs and comply with the advice given by the EU DPAs with regard to data transferred from the EU.
